Philosophy Strengthen the status of safety and health on site Systematic procedure to classify safety and health in
the operational organization Steady improvement of safety and health in business Judging the working conditions (risk assessment) as basis for the measures that will be taken by EHS Judging the working condition including all risks of working equipment - Judging the working conditions includes recording all relevant activities, all working equipment andevery risk,
furthermore conducting a risk assessment.
- Paying attention to the interaction of working equipment items among themselves or with other agents as well as with the working environment.
- Conducting a risk assessment.
Safety Audits
- Performing the safety audits periodically.
- Forwarding the safety reports to Headquarter’s EHS - Department, the Project Director and the Site Manager.
- Informing the Managing Director, the Director of Human Resources, the Director of EHS, the supervisor or /
and another person which is responsible for site safety, about determined shortcomings.
- Providing measures to remove shortcomings.
- Conducting and distributing the safety report.
- Controlling of the execution of the fixed measures (effect control).
- Eliminating construction site hazards.
Prevention of Accidents and Occupational Diseases / Accident Analyses
- Coordinating and participating in the investigation of accidents and near misses.
- Forwarding a report of the accident during 24 h from the time of the accident to EHS Eschau-Hobbach.
- Reviewing and analyzing accidents and near miss incidents together with responsible executives .
- Providing measures and forwarding the implementation of these to prevent repetitive accidents.
- Checking the execution of the determined measures(effect control).
Conduction of the Safety Instructions, Safety Trainings and Toolbox Meetings
- Coordinating all EHS related tasks according to local, national and Kinetics requirements.
- Establishing an Occupation, Health and Safety Management System for the entire construction site according
to the contractual conditions, taking cae of the demands of the operation, as well as for the sub - suppliers’
employees.
- Conducting safety trainings and instructions for everyone involved at the construction site. Exception: sites
with an external specialist for safety
- The trainings and instructions have to be adaptedto the risk development.
- Documentation of the implemented instructions andtrainings
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ensuring that everyone wears the PPE at the construction site.
Organisation of First Aid
- Cooperating with on - site doctors.
- Training of first aiders.
Organisation of Fire Protection
- Supervising the regular inspection of fire fighting, saftety and emergency response equipment.
Additional
- Cooperating with other partners, e. g. sub - contractors.
- Language skills: Arabic and English
