Skyline Global Solutions is looking for Four (4) Product Managers and Five (5) Managerial Instructors. Product Managers will oversee managerial training product targets of all regions of Saudi Arabia, working closely with sales teams to achieve their products targets as per the portfolio for the fields of: Soft Skills, Leadership, Financial, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT Service Management, IT Governance & Control in Saudi Arabia. Managerial Instructors will be responsible for the delivery of managerial training courses per the portfolio.
Start Date: November 2013
Location: Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia but traveling to other cities monthly
Citizenships: Any. If currently in Saudi Arabia, employer will transfer iqama.
Salary/Benefits
Product Manager: Monthly salaries between 10,000 SAR and 14,000 SAR depending on candidates' qualifications, plus Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Insurance, 30 days Annual Vacation, 2-way ticket to and from Country of Origin
Managerial Instructors: Monthly salaries between 6,000 SAR and 10,000 SAR depending on candidates' qualifications, plus Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Insurance, 30 days Annual Vacation, 2-way ticket to and from Country of Origin
Client will provide work visa for all candidates under the title "Managerial Instructor or Marketing Specialist" to be transferred to work residence (IQAMA) once a candidate is in Saudi Arabia
Requirements
Gender: Male
Languages: Bilingual (Arabic/English) (Native/Non-native in English/Arabic are both acceptable)
Academic Degree: Bachelor in Management Administration or higher certificates (Masters or PhD) Academic degree in management is a must, professional certificates are optional.
Experience
Product Manager: 3 years minimum Management experience in a foreign country, training experience is preferred.
Managerial Instructor: 3 years minimum Management experience and 2 years of training experience at a minimum.
General Information Product Manager
All candidates:
- should obtain stamping on their academic certificates from the Saudi Cultural Attaché in their country of origin
- should be able to provide evidence for their experiences and academic qualifications
- should have valid driving licenses
- should be Singles with no family status
- preferred to have experience in product management, social media and online marketing methodologies
Candidates will be asked to:
- work on designing managerial training proposals with sales teams
- work on presentations with sales team to explain deliverables to clients in one on one meeting(s) and/or events and exhibits
General Information Managerial Instructor:
All candidates:
- should obtain stamping on their academic certificates from the Saudi Cultural Attaché in their country of origin
- should be able to provide evidence for their experiences and academic qualifications
- should have valid driving licenses
- should be Singles with no family status
- preferred to have experience in product management, social media and online marketing methodologies
- Managerial Instructors to deliver managerial training courses as per portfolio
- Candidates are encouraged to develop themselves and be ready with modern methodologies in training delivery for adding more interactivity within classrooms like exercises, games, role plays
- Candidates will be asked to work on designing managerial training curriculum in some projects
- Candidates will be asked to work on proposals with sales teams to explain deliverables to clients
