As an Interactive Designer, you are an advocate for the end-user experience for any project you work on. You are a creative problem solver, understanding the needs of your audience, as well as the strategic vision to meet the client objectives, bringing it all together through the art of storytelling across all digital interactions.

DELIVERABLES:
• Support the client servicing team by leading the digital creative on pitches/client campaigns through effective mock-ups/designs.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure effective cross-discipline communication, collaboration and best practices to ensure that client's designs as on-brand and accurately delivered.
• Take responsibility of overarching UI/UX across all designs submitted as a part of your portfolio.
• Lead/work across disciplines in brand identity, design, video and digital mediums.
• Manage multiple engagements and effectively juggle priorities while overseeing creative product and ensuring the creative product stays ahead of the competition and exceeds client expectations.
• Flesh out the digital concepts into a tighter form showing how it would be executed. Executions could range from websites, online advertising, mobile, games, kiosks, social networks, to out of home/retail rich media development (video, audio, 3D, flash animation technologies)
• Champions best practices of usability and user-centric design.
