Position Summary:
This position will cover Learning & Development, consulting Resources and Clean Technologies and Sustainable solutions practices. Responsible for developing and implementing our communication plan across a various number of tools / activities to help positioning DuPont Sustainable Solutions in EMEA region (80% of time). In addition to Communication activities, this position will give responsibilities for Marketing and Digital management for the CIS sub-region (20% of time). The position will be located in Moscow.
Principle Activities:
Work as part of a DuPont Sustainable Solutions Marketing team, on the EMEA communication side (80%) you will:
• Create and/or adapt content and messaging for all different practices (.: Training Solutions, Learning & Development, CleanTech and Consulting businesses) through different format: Feature article, case studies, article, Interview, video… within the EMEA region
• Develop communication concept and content for our Leadership forums and Safety Award ceremony.
• Insure relationship with the global communication team to make sure that EMEA needs are taking into account on the global communication plan
• Manage Public Relations activities directly or via our PR agency
• Increase relationship with the Corporate PA team within the region
• Create, manage the editorial plan and ensure channel dispersion and optimization.
• Design and execute market studies in most effective and efficient way to support Business strategy in growing regions and support on additional sub-regions.
• Develop and drive (content) direct customer communications (. e-newsletters) as well as website wording in line with Search Engine Optimization technics.
• Insure compliance with validation process (practice review, PA, legal, ) in the region.
• Ensure DSS is benefiting of correctly positioned and up to date communication tools.
On the CIS Marketing side :
• Support in the selection of best speaking opportunities (. conferences), ensuring the best speaking slot and developing presentation content and key messages (Content of workshops and speaking opportunities).
• Adapt visuals for local trade shows and booth.
• Organize locally or regionally events for the business
• Develop local partnerships with institutions or organizations on our targeted industries
• Help defining the strategy for communication activities as well as other possible activities to create
awareness on DSS (focus: Executive level)
• Drive market assessment and market research on CIS market
• Participate to Digital Strategy development for CIS sub- region in close collaboration of the EMEA Marketing & communication Manager and Digital Specialist
• Participate to e-marketing development and drive some CIS digital and SEO processes in collaboration with the global DSS digital team during the Phoenix project implementation in CIS
