• Advise on, and demonstrate, the correct use of cosmetics. Classify skin types (normal, dry or oily), taking into account a customer's age, facial structure and coloring.
• Recommend particular products, including medicated make-up, and methods of applying cosmetics to enhance the customer's appearance.

• Monitor the most sold items/patterns and those that have been sold out and communicate.
• Check received goods, checking out defectives; inform the Store Manager.
• Take special orders for items not currently in stock, or not normally stocked, and notify customers when the items have arrived.
• Arranging special events like new launches
• Understand the specificity’s and values of our products in order to promote them.
• Participate in stocktaking (counting and describing the goods in stock)
• Provide input while ordering items.
• Be aware of health, safety and welfare issues and practices
