The successful candidate for this role will assist the Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns that support the business, through effective coordination with company departments, agencies and suppliers. This person will also have the opportunity to lead the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by forming new and maintaining existing partnerships with supporters from the private, semi-government and government sectors. This is a very exciting opportunity for an up and coming marketing executive who is seeking hands on experience.

The responsibilities for this role include:

Marketing Role:

1. Support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.

2. Take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing manager.

3. Work with the in-house design team to coordinate production of impactful marketing material within brand guidelines.

4. Support Marketing Manager in maintaining the Events Calendar and delivering on planned activities.

5. Report on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communications.

6. Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.

7. Provide administrative support to the marketing manager relevant to current projects.

8. Assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.

9. Manage and maintain positive relationships with venue staff, media partners and marketing vendors.

10. Supply sufficient information to the marketing manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.

11. Take responsibility for specific campaigns as agreed with the marketing manager i.e. venue specific campaigns and marketing and promotional events.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Role:

1. Identify opportunities to develop community partnerships as well as establish strategic alliances with governmental organizations and other key corporate citizens within the region.

2. Approach and engage stakeholders to sponsor digital awareness initiatives that are advocated by our organization.

3. Liaise between the organization, community partners and stakeholders; and oversee all implementations of various CSR based initiatives with direct involvement in project delivery.

4. Develop and recommend programs (projects, events, awards, etc.) that draw the interest, engagement and/or investment of potential community partners and stakeholders in various digital awareness programs.

5. Demonstrate care and responsibility in the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
