Bay News Network, Visakhapatnam: In a rare honour, the Journal of Human Reproductive Sciences, a quarterly peer-reviewed International Journal in its latest issue published the review article written by Dr.G.A.Rama Raju, Director of the Vizag based Krishna IVF Clinic.
Prof.Madhuri Patil, Editor of the International Journal of Human Reproductive Sciences, informed that three review articles were published in the present issue.
One of the Review Article is “Luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone synergy: A review of role in controlled ovarian hyper-stimulation” authored by Dr.G.A.Rama Raju, noted Invitro Fertilisation Specialist and Director of Krishna IVF Clinic, she added. It is a great achievement by a city based gynaecologist to have his research article published in the International Journal.
The Journal of Human Reproductive Sciences (JHRS) a quarterly peer-reviewed international journal is being launched in January 2008 under the auspices of Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction.
The journal cover all aspects of human reproduction including Andrology, Assisted conception, Endocrinology, Physiology and Pathology, Implantation, Preimplantation Diagnosis, Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis, Embryology as well as Ethical, Legal and Social issues.
The journal publishes peer-reviewed original research papers, case reports, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, and debates.
In his research article based on the clinical experiments, Dr.Rama Raju studied the multiple roles that Luteinizing Hormone plays complementary to Follicle Stimulating Hormone to understand the Luteinizing Hormone requirement in patients undergoing Assisted Reproductive Techniques.
With this, further research in the area of assisted reproductive techniques (for childless couples) will be augmented, Dr.Rama Raju observed in his study. The other authors are Dr. Rahul Chavan and Dr..Mamata Deenadayal Dr.Devika Gunasheela, Dr.Rohit Gutgutia, Dr.Geetha Haripriya, Dr.Mirudhubashini Govindarajan, Dr.Nayana Hitesh Patel and Dr.Ameet Shashikant Patki.
