A McHenry County judge denied Thursday a request from Crystal Lake School District 155 to delay an order to dismantle in December the $1.2 million bleachers at Crystal Lake South High School that were illegally built in 2013. School district attorneys say they will appeal the demolition order; residents say the district is being arrogant and the appeal is yet another stall tactic to keep the bleachers intact.
