For example, would you like to exercise regularly, lose weight or stop smoking but your brain continuously finds reasons not to get out of bed in the mornings, or to just have that one tiny piece of chocolate as an exception, or to postpone your non-smoking career to a later date? At forty at the latest, not only are we responsible for our weight, but also for our face and our posture.
