“Barbara Comstock is a principled conservative who has cut taxes for families and businesses, has cut spending and reformed government, has balanced budgets, and is fighting against Obamacare. She is a strong conservative who has demonstrated she can win elections in Northern Virginia,” said Delegate Tim Hugo, House Majority Caucus Chairman.

Springfield District Supervisor Pat Herrity said, “As a resident of the 10th Congressional District and elected leader in Fairfax County I am very happy to see that my good friend Barbara Comstock is in the race to replace Congressman Frank Wolf. Barbara is exactly the type of common sense conservative leader we need to pull the party and district together and win this critical congressional seat.”

“I have known Barbara for 25 years, and no one has worked harder to make our community better and improve our quality of life,” said former Dranesville District Supervisor Stu Mendelsohn. “I first got to know Barbara when she was working for our district as a senior aide to Rep. Frank Wolf. When I was a member of the Dranesville District School Board, I asked her to serve on my education advisory committee. Coming from a family of educators, she understands that innovation and reform begin in the classroom and is a strong advocate for our local school boards. Since Barbara was elected Delegate, she has been a tireless worker for all of us: delivering meaningful tax relief, saving taxpayers millions of dollars on transportation, and passing legislation that is encouraging our job creators and providing hundreds of new jobs right here in the district. As our Congresswoman, Barbara will put her results-driven approach right to work.”
