Andrew McCutchen 2012 Topps Archives
Of the current crop of MLB stars, I think that Andrew McCutchen is one that fits very well with the Topps Archives theme as he feels like a throwback kind of player.
Cutch regularly displays baseball’s ’5 Tools’ and that has made him one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in the game.
This card is from the 2012 Topps Archives set, and as you can see it features the 1971 Topps baseball card design.

I love the look of this card. The image used actually looks like it could have been issued as a part of the 1971 set.
It’s just too bad that the cardstock used for the Archives set does not take you back to the ‘old’ days…
