BFS Group

The BFS Group presented Baystate Health Foundation Rays of Hope with a check for $500 on behalf of Country Bank as part of the BFS Group’s Annual Drive for 125, an initiative in which they are aiming to meet a target of $125,000 per year in charitable contributions.

Country Bank

Country Bank awarded 29 local schools who participate in the Bank’s Savings Makes Sense School Banking Program with a $250 gift card to Staples to help cover the cost of back-to-school supplies.

Eastern Bank

The Eastern Bank Charitable Foundation awarded $1.4 million in grants to 162 Massachusetts and New Hampshire organizations working in the area of violence prevention.

First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union

First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union awarded a $1,000 scholarship to 13 local high school students from its branch communities across the Southcoast and Cape Cod as part of its 23rd Annual Academic Scholarship Program.

Gardeners Guild of Braintree

The nonprofit Gardeners Guild of Braintree has donated 54 books to Braintree Public Schools for the 25th consecutive year to promote interest and knowledge in the environment and its protection and preservation.

MutualOne Bank

The MutualOne Charitable Foundation has awarded $3,000 to Danforth Art Museum school in Framingham to support the Drop Into Art program, which offers free admission for children and their accompanying adults to exhibitions, gallery experiences and hands-on art-making once a month.

Naveo Credit Union

Naveo Credit Union participated in the Miracle Jeans Day initiative to raise funds for Boston Children’s Hospital, the local Miracle Network hospital, raising over $2,200 from employees and members.

Rollstone Bank & Trust

Rollstone Bank & Trust recently pledged $25,000 to support the YMCA of Central Massachusetts’s new Leominster Community Branch.

SpencerBANK

SpencerBANK recently donated $1,750 to Abby’s House, a local organization that provides emergency shelter, affordable housing and advocacy services to homeless women and children in Worcester County. The donation will benefit the organization’s Buy-A-Bed Campaign.

STV|DPM

STV|DPM (formerly Diversified Project Management) raised over $80,000 at its 22nd Annual Golf Classic to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at the Hopkinton Country Club.
