So long story short, I got some cards in Sep, 2012 from Singapore. Among them one 16GB MIcroSDHC Class 10 died. I could not detect or format it.

This is how I RMAed it.

First I went to Sandisk USA site and chatted with an agent.

Reason is I think only US site has a chat option.

Follow the steps. I did not use tracking or padded envelops. There is no point spending 2000tk on DHL for a product that costs 1300tk. So I just used a normal envelop and mailed the card by the cheapest postage I could find from BD Post.

It took more than a month to get to Taiwan. But it is OK.

After 3 days I think they sent me a new one. WIth UPS 3 day tracking. It got in BD in 3 days. But our customs took 3 more days to clear it. And I did not have to pay a dime other than the 40tk for postage I paid.
