Chef Frédéric Simonin, of Michelin starred Frédéric Simonin Restaurant fame, brings the romance of Paris to VIE Hotel Bangkok during 12th-14th February. Simonin, who helped La Table de Joël Robuchon restaurants in Paris and London earn such universal renown, presents a special 5-course dinner menu featuring delights such as crab served in cannelloni’s of shellfish jelly with Sevruga caviar; Raviolisfoie gras in a grey shrimp bouillon flavored with ginger and lemon-grass; and wagyu beef served with a consommé flavoured with lemon leaf. The dinner is priced at B7000 net for food or B9000 net for food + selected wine pairing.
