If you’re not familiar with the brand, they’re producers of high-quality, fashionable UV-protective swimwear, including girls’ and boys’ rash guards, bathing suits and beachwear. Platypus Australia’s three ranges are for Babies, Children 2-8 and Youth 10-14. The swimwear is sun safe, blocking out at least 97.5% of harmful ultraviolet radiation, meeting the strict criteria of both the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency and the British Standard for ultraviolet radiation. Plus, Lola informs me, they’re really comfortable.
