Waranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
CradlePoint devices are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials. CradleCare™ Extended Warranty can be purchased for 2 and 3 year extended warranty contract (see pricing below) or as part of the CradleCare Premier™ package (CradleCare™ Extended Warranty and Technical Support, all in one. See more information about CradleCare Premier at Technical Support above). CradleCare™ Extended Warranty includes:
• Hardware repair/replacement
• Access to CradlePoint Enterprise Service Knowledge Base on-line documentation
• Software bug fixes

NOTE: CradleCare™ Extended Warranty can be purchased in subsequent years, and as a follow-on hardware support agreement at the conclusion of the standard warranty period. No gap in coverage is allowed; the new warranty must be in place before the existing warranty expires. There you will find product documentation, videos, answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and installation assistance.

Devices should be returned directly to CradlePoint at the consumer’s expense, with a dated proof of purchase and a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number supplied by CradlePoint. CradlePoint shall, at its option, either repair or replace the product. CradlePoint will pay for delivery of the repaired or replaced product back to the original consumer if located within the continental U.S. This warranty does not apply to any device determined by CradlePoint to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages physical or electronic properties. Sprint M2M Data Plans:
Baltic Networks offers a full range of Machine to Machine (M2M) data services to meet your business needs. Whether you have a "as needed" application or a "continuing need" for M2M data services, Baltic Networks has a plan for you. Our M2M data services will work with the Powered-by-MikroTik 3G Broadband Router, any CradlePoint 3G/4G Device, or a third-party M2M device. Our M2M plans allow you to share or pool data among devices for greater flexibility. Monthly data allowances of all M2M devices in the same pooling group are added together, and then each M2M device uses the data on a first come, first served basis. Once all of the data in the pooling group is used for the billing period, we will charge overage to each M2M device that uses excess data at that specific M2M device's overage rate. Data usage will be pooled among M2M Devices in the same pooling group on the same billing account number. No contract required, we will bill you monthly and you may cancel your plan any time. We require a $15 activation fee per M2M Device and your credit card on file.

DEVICE ACTIVATION
In order for your device to be activated, we request that you complete the M2M Data Service Terms and Conditions and email it to sales@balticnetworks.com. You may also fax it to our office at (630) 352-2005.
