Just imagine a cop in America shooting a 12 year old black boy dead in the streets and stand by while white people record the dying child screaming “DIE YOU SON OF A BITCH” what would you all do? I’m guessing nothing because it happened to a Palestinian child in Jerusalem yesterday. The world is silent. By you guys staying silent you are agreeing with it.

Why do I need to imagine anything happening to a Black child? Why can’t you make me aware of what happened without dragging the death of Black people into it? You don’t need to simultaneously spread pain and awareness. Perhaps people are silent because they are unaware. So, why not make a post just explaining what happened?

I have seen so many post about it but this has the most notes. Why? Because I brought up the black child? I’m sorry that you all took that as me being a racist. Why don’t you guys actually watch the video.

It goes much deeper than just bringing up a Black child. It’s that you made a competition out of oppression. It’s that you felt that the only way to make us understand your pain was to tug on our own, as if Black doesn’t know pain. As if we don’t live it and breathe it everyday. Like little Black boys and girls in America aren’t buried every night. Whatever video you’re talking about, I haven’t seen it. Never once has it come across my dash. How many times did YOU reblog it before making this post? Non Black people of color love to treat Black people like we are the champions of the people. Like, if we’re not speaking up about one thing, we’re suddenly monsters. As if we don’t bring awareness to everything we know of. The people I follow are mostly Black, and while my comtent is mostly about Black people and the Black community, the Black men and women I follow have kept me fairly educated on what goes on to the Palestinian people. You’re furious over ONE INSTANCE that occured A DAY AGO. Do you know how long it takes for anyone to hear our names when we die? Since we’re talking about the death of Black children, do you know, almost a year later, we’re still receiving information about the death of Tamir Rice that should rightly incriminate his murderers, but won’t? Do you know that we have spent an eternity fighting our fight and so many others and to have it thrown in our faces that we wouldn’t care about, not only your children, but our own because something happened a litlle over 24 hours ago is so disgusting. Further, it’s disgustingly hypocritical to call out the Black community when I scrolled down you blog and didn’t see a single post about my people for miles. See, you want us to stand with you, but IF you stand with us-and I question because this post is wildly anti-Black-you stand in silence. You want to amplify your voice, by screaming over ours.

this post is fucked up bc this literally happens to black people every. single. day.

no one “took this” as you being racist, this is you being an anti-black piece of garbage. you can spread information about your cause without throwing black people under the bus and blaming us for your lack of visibility. you can bring awareness to your issues without literally lying and making up false equivalencies about things that actually happen to black people on a daily basis

what happened to that boy is disgusting and awful

but it’s no less disgusting and awful to sit here and pretend it’s black people’s fault that no one knows about it. and it’s even more of a fucking reach to sit here and pretend that it doesn’t also happen to black people. we literally cannot go a single day without adding another name to the list of innocent people (many of them teens and children) who have been unjustly gunned down by cops

so don’t fucking sit here and play this fake ass game

you’re full of shit, and if you actually cared about spreading information about that poor boy–and about solidarity with black people–you would have made a post that was actually informative–and had a link to a source of information for people to read about it–rather than typing up what basically amounts to “you niggers are getting too much attention for being murdered. what about us? why do you darkies deserve to have people know about your issues? pay attention to me!”

@muslim-shady that was so garbage of you.

So the problem is that you guys say I’m blaming black people. Idk how you got that but okay. I used that example because it is highlighting the division between whites and blacks and comparing them with the division between Palestine and Israel. You guys are getting mad over nothing.

let me just paste your OP, since scrolling up to read what you wrote is too much of a problem for you:

“Just imagine a cop in America shooting a 12 year old black boy dead in the streets and stand by while white people record the dying child screaming “DIE YOU SON OF A BITCH” what would you all do? I’m guessing nothing because it happened to a Palestinian child in Jerusalem yesterday. The world is silent. By you guys staying silent you are agreeing with it.”

you literally typed out a bold ass lie, lmao. black children are gunned down by police every day. but apparently, because the spread of information about marginalized communities across the globe sucks–mainly due to white supremacist media, it’s black people’s fault that there hasn’t yet been a public outcry?

literally read what you wrote

read it

“just imagine a situation that literally happens every day to black people happening to black people! well, clearly you all don’t care about [similar situation] because it didn’t happen to a black kid!”

there are ways to spread awareness without being an antiblack piece of shit. you can’t expect solidarity from black people and then throw us under the bus

take some responsibility for the things you say and how you say them. do not expect me and mine–who are already dying in the street without justice–to stand up for you and yours when you can’t talk about your issues without blaming your lack of visibility on us.

you could at the very least, apologize. but you won’t. because you don’t care about black people–other than using us to bring attention to your issues, of course.

and thus the dragging commences

When did I ever blame blacks for what is happening in Palestine?…. I never did. Amazing right? So you all think I’m attacking black people when all i did was compare the black child to the Palestinian children and the white cops as the Israelis. Because we all know what happenes to black lives in America. Why do you think I made that analogy? Because we share the same pain and oppression. Know one is blaming black people for what is happening. You all literally just made that up. You all talk as if you have known me for years and know all my opnions and views. You don’t. That’s why you all made this up. You all just want a reason to “drag” someone. How dare you all call me anti-black and racist when I have never called out the black communities. You are all just salty. I’m done. If you guys want to belive that oh well. I tried but you all are just going to jump on the band waggon anyways.
