Seven years ago, a great and positive change occurred in my life.
After years of unhealthy and unbalanced diet, my body started screaming for help:
I gained fat, became frustrated and felt sick and tired most of the time.
One day i decided i want to make a change;
i wanted to treat my body with respect
i wanted to feel healthy and light again
And off course i wanted to get rid of my Stomach bloating and lose those extra pounds.
I just didn’t know how to do it….
I did not want to give up the pleasure of cooking, baking and sweets.
I began to study and read in depth about the human body and a healthy diet:
the damage gluten and sugar causes our body, the consequences of the consumption of wheat, how important it is to cleanse our body from all the toxins we gain in the western, industrial world, and especially i got to know with delicious, natural and healthy ingredients nature has given us so there is no need to consume processed and industrial food that in fact, not only does not beneficial but is harmful.
Because I really love to cook, i began a process of trial and error in my kitchen, groceries changed and I started to develop delicious recipes, easy and healthy: no sugar, no wheat and use of feed commodities.
