Matt Cama is the founder of Happy Healthy Habits, a successful fitness business aiming to enhancing the quality of people’s lives by teaching them psychological strategies to break habits and teaching unique tools that will help increase their levels of happiness and health.
As a teenager Matt was bullied and put down on a continual daily basis for being overweight. This led Matt to be incredibly shy and introverted, he had very little confidence and self-esteem about himself and his own body.
After about a year of the bullying, Matt lost the weight he wanted, but he lost it the unhealthy way. He was eating very little food and starving himself to lose the weight he desired. This didn’t last for too long and a couple of years later, Matt began to repair his body with healthy alkaline foods & started making better health & lifestyle choices.
Matt now spends his time sharing his passion for health and fitness, helping a large amount of people through his business “Happy Healthy Habits” focusing on personal training, social media and holding his own seminars to reach a large scale of people. Matt is well known for teaching strategies to people to help change their habits and gain momentum towards their weight loss goal and reach optimal health and teach them to not make the same mistakes that he made throughout his own weight loss journey.
Matt’s vision for this eBook is to create confidence and momentum in people’s lives, help people lose weight, create better habits and lifestyle choices and show everyone that you don’t need to sign up at a commercial gym to accomplish the goals you truly desire.
