The year started out with my running in April with Billy Shuman's West Coast Vintage Racers Southwest Chapter at the inaugural opening of Keith Ames Tucson Speedway, (Ray Alcaraz amazingly put together a vintage Indycar segment of that show). June found us running Tony Parella's SVRA Event with Pam Shatraw's Historic Champ/Indycars at Auto Club Speedway (Tom flew out to join me). Two weeks later we were at The Harry A. Miller Club Meet at the storied Milwaukee Mile. Two weeks hence and here we are at Lucas Oil Raceway. Indianapolis. In a few days Tom, Randall Cook and The Doc will be loading up my car for again, Tony Parella's SVRA Event with The Historic Champ/Indycar Assn. at Rockingham N.C. then back for the Winchester Old Timers Reunion and perhaps another Midwest event or two before I tow it back West for The WRA 2 day event at Willow Springs in Sep. and finally The HCICA Vintage portion of the Indycar Series Final at Auto Club Speedway in October.
