Happy Wednesday! Today I'm guest posting over at Twenties Girl Style for an awesome series called "Yeah...I really own that." Check out my post HERE! Big thanks to Ashley for asking me to guest post! xx

Does anyone else have this problem?:

You go to the gym and get a really good workout in. After, you feel healthy, happy, but also hungry. Like, really hungry. So hungry that you go to the nearest fast food restaurant and scarf down triple the amount of calories you just burned. And then you hate yourself. The end.

I don't know how many times this scenario has happened to me. I really want to get fit this summer so I can be beach bod ready, but I have such horrible eating habits, I always take one step forward and two steps back! That is why I was so excited when I had the opportunity to work with IdealShape! IdealShape offers weight loss plans that aren't a diet, but rather a healthy way to live the rest of your life. I was able to try out their IdealShape Starter Kit and let me tell you, I was very impressed!

The IdealShake is a meal replacement shake has a patented hunger-blocker called Slendesta, that fills you up and keeps you satisfied until your next meal! Slendesta is an all-natural potato protein extract, meaning there are no reported side effects. To be honest, I've never been a huge fan of "protein shakes"--there's something about the smell and taste that always makes me gag! My husband drinks them all the time after a workout and I seriously don't know how he does it. However, I heard a tip that if you mix the powder with almond milk, it makes it more tolerable!

After my workout, I shook up the IdealShake powder and almond milk in a nifty IdealShape Shaker Bottle, and not only was it tolerable, it was actually pretty delicious! After I finished the bottle and drank some water (which activates the hunger blocker), I felt full, satisfied, and had absolutely no junk food cravings. The IdealShake solved my problem of fast food hunger after my workouts so I can actually feel and see myself getting into shape again!

The IdealBar is another meal replacement product that is a convenient alternative for those trying to get into shape by replacing their meal with a high protein, low calorie snack. Also, if you ever have a craving for junk food throughout the day, eat one of these babies and you'll feel much healthier and fuller!

Another product that IdealShape provides is their NatralShape weight loss supplement. They created this product for people who have a hard time replacing their meals with shakes. When NatralShape is taken 30 minutes before a meal, it helps reduce cravings and releases CCK into your system (the hormone that tells your brain its full). I have a big problem with portion control when it comes to meals, especially dinner. Once I'm done eating for hunger, I begin eating for taste which is a big no-no when getting into shape! When I took NatralShape, my body was able to tell me that it was full after eating just the right amount of food!

We all have our different reasons to get into shape this summer--whether it's to look bangin' at the beach or to feel good about yourself, inside and out. If you ever need a little help with your journey to getting fit, let IdealShape give you some support!

In fact, let them help you out RIGHT NOW!
