Louisa Johnson has been named the youngest “X Factor” winner to date after beating double act Reggie ‘N Bollie, the 17-year-old singer emerged as this season’s grand winner.  At 17, the Essex beauty isn’t hesitant on taking classic songs. Throughout the season, Louisa Johnson became a crowd favourite. And among the contestants, a lot of people expected her to take home the crown.

1. Her audition

Louisa Johnson was among the youngest contestants on the show. During her audition, she performed Michael Jackson’s “Who’s Loving You.” Her killer vocals definitely shocked the panel of judges.

2. Week 1 of Live Shows

After impressing the crowd and the judges, Louisa made it to the live show performances. During the 1st week, she took again another classic hit – the Beach Boys’ “God Only Knows.”

Her performance got “X Factor” boss Simon Cowell telling the audience that a star was born.

3. Week 2 of Live Shows

The singer successfully reinvented Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” and gave a fresh version of the classic song. Judge Nick Grimshaw told the audience that Louisa showed the type of artist that she would be.

4. Week 3 of Live Shows

After she sang “Everybody’s Free” from the tragic movie “Romeo & Juliet,” Louisa was visibly in tears on stage. Simon noticed that the Essex beauty is determined to win the competition!

5. Week 4 of Live Shows

Her rendition of James Bay’s “Let It Go” topped the “X Factor” downloads during that week.

6. Semi-finals

After smashing another classic hit of James Brown’s “It’s a Man’s World,” there’s no question why she landed a spot in the final stage. She definitely nailed it!

7. Finals

On Saturday’s finals, the “X Factor” judges admitted that they ran out of words to describe her performances. She reprised her rendition of “It’s a Man’s World” and also gave a stunning performance of R. Kelly’s “I Believe I Can Fly.”

According to Mirror, Simon Cowell told her, “I don’t think you’re human. I have never ever heard anything as good as what you just did.”
