Like many other resellers, we used to source many of our timing belt and tensioner parts from large warehouse distributors. That has now changed! Blauparts is pleased to announce our partnership with Schaeffler Group Automotive, one of Germany's and Europe's largest industrial automotive companies who has been manufacturing timing belt components under the official Original Equipment (O.E.) INA brand for decades. Partnership with an O.E. manufacturer means Blauparts can ensure absolute quality control through a direct supply chain.
Our Gen II BLAU Audi Timing Belt Replacement Kits contain a pre-assembled INA timing belt BASE kit. The timing belt and timing belt tensioners contained in the INA branded kit are the same as those directly supplied to the O.E. automotive manufacturer (e.g. Audi) and that were supplied on your vehicle on the assembly line.
Beginning in May 2013 Blauparts began its transition to the INA timing belt tensioners in all timing belt kits for both Audi and Vw models. Hundreds of INA part numbers were entered into our database. As of January 2014, approximately 90% of BLAU Timing Belt Kits include official O.E. INA timing belt tensioners and many kits have been fully integrated to Gen II status and include our exclusive pre-assembled INA kits.
