YOU ARE:

AudienceScience seeks a Global Solutions Manager who will act as the lead in managing the implementation for our enterprise software solutions as well as provide ongoing technical support to our enterprise partners.  The Global Solutions Manager must maintain the complete software launch for Enterprise Advertiser and product implementations and fully adhere to project schedules, budgets and risk constraints.  Facilitate timely decisions to maintain Enterprise launch schedules, budgets and resources. Provide management with regular project updates, maintain trusting relationships, identify implementation risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation:

Manages and ensures timely Enterprise Advertiser implementation and activation from post-sales to launch in coordination with Enterprise client launch project plan.

Manages all Enterprise client implementations in coordination with all Enterprise client sponsor(s) and key stakeholders.

Works with Enterprise client sponsors and key stakeholders to complete implementation launch schedule outlining scope, goals, deliverable, required resources and timing.

Completes work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.

Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Act as a mediator between Enterprise division stakeholders and team members.

Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout implementation life cycle.

Effectively manages client implementation by ensuring any changes in scope are documented and approved to key stakeholders.

Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete Enterprise client project launch plan.

If required, identify, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources in coordination with team leads.

Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsors and team leads.

General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design is highly desirable

Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements

Genuine interest and takes pride in mentoring junior staff

Effectively interviews, hires, and trains staff as needed.

Post Implementation:

Provide support to colleagues and client on any Gateway DATA or Gateway Media Direct  inquires.

Perform implementation reviews, evangelise new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.

Maintains a very strong understanding of Gateway DATA Lab and data strategies to assist with providing support and consultation for certain customers

Works closely with the Platform Managers and Account Director to ensure any technical support needed.

Support the creation of data collection pixels/JavaScript for client

For enterprise clients work closely with Account Director on strategy for account

Work closely with the team on overall data strategy for advertiser accounts.

General:

General understanding in the areas of ad technology including display, mobile, and video.

Maintains the awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.

Provide overall support to the client and strive to exceed the clients’ expectations

REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years’ experience managing enterprise, SaaS or ASP software implementation, required.

3+ years account management experience.

3+ online advertising experience.

Expert level knowledge of online tracking methods and their implementation, click and impression tracking, and/or online ad serving technologies.

Knowledge of online data management platform (DMP) and demand side platform (DSP) technologies

Experience providing technical consultation to advertisers, publishers, and agencies regarding online marketing campaigns in order to identify successful solutions.

Experience managing various types of online media.

Experience coordinating with multiple departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Client Services & Development, Product Management & Support and QA) in order to ensure client satisfaction and/or improve product functionality.

Experience working with advertisers, publishers and/or agencies to fully understand their business models and/or online campaign objectives, with the goal being to develop strategies to meet their needs. (preferred).

Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must possess strong work ethic necessary for success in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and – PowerPoint

Experience using media and sales tracking tools.

Excellent ability to work in a team environment

Strong overall computer skills.

Excellent analytic aptitude.

BA/BS degree required.

Minimum qualifications:

5+ years online advertising/account management experience.

Ability to work with an overall Account Director, but to exhibit regional leadership skills.

Proven experience working closely with a team to accomplish account goals.

Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.

Strong knowledge or experience in online media: account management, buying, client/campaign strategy, and media planning.

Strong interpersonal/communication skills.

A successful Global Solutions Manager will be relentlessly focused on the successful launch and operation of the Audience Gateway solution for a new advertiser, or a new market for an existing advertiser. The candidate should also have a drive and motivation to understand the strategic needs of the client through collaborating with the Account Directors and Platform Management teams.
