Latinas have been redefining beauty for a long time now: How many times have you — and the rest of the world — tried recreating J.Lo’s glow?! In fact, today’s beauty landscape is dominated by a new breed of Latinas creating and developing the cosmetics they (and yes, now we) wear. Jessica Alba, Salma Hayek, and Eva Mendes are some of the new forces behind the beauty biz and it’s incredible to see them diversifying the industry through new ideas and new product launches.
