They say women really can do it all, but, in Hollywood, the celeb mums with twins do it all times two (well, OK, mega stars like Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez probably have help).
Whether conceived naturally, by surrogate, or through in vitro (like Mariah Carey), there is a growing list of celebrity mamas who are seeing double. Angelina Jolie
Twins: Son and daughter, Knox and Vivienne, 6
Scoop: Jolie and husband, Brad Pitt, were already parents to four kids when Jolie became pregnant with their twins. The couple is famously private, but their friends aren’t. During an interview, funnyman Jack Black, who was Jolie's co-star in "Kung Fu Panda," spilled the beans that Jolie was expecting more than one baby. Oops.

Twins: Sons, Cy and Bowie, 4 months
Scoop: The “Guardians Of The Galaxy” actress made her first post-birth red carpet appearance at the 2015 Academy Awards. She looked amazing but confessed to having a hard time leaving her boys. "I miss them. I want to go back home. I feel like they need me."

Twins: Son and daughter, Gaia Jissel and John Aether, 1 1/2
Scoop: The "Devious Maids" star and her husband, director John Beverly Amos Land, looked to Greek mythology when naming their twins. "Gaia is the Greek goddess of Earth. Aether is the god or personification of the upper air that only the gods can breathe." she said in an interview with People. "My 12-year-old stepson’s name is Kai, which means ocean, and we wanted to connect them all. So now we have water, earth and air.”
Sarah Jessica Parker
Twins: Daughters, Marion and Tabitha, 5
Scoop: Parker and her husband actor Matthew Broderick were already parents to James Wilke when they decided to use a surrogate to expand their family. Two police chiefs suspected that Parker’s surrogate lived in their town, they staged a break in to get personal information about the celebrity couple. Parker and Broderick expressed concern over the safety of their surrogate, but refused to comment on the investigation.

Twins: Daughters, Charlie and Dolly, 6
Scoop: The supermodel and her husband, funnyman Jerry O’Connell, conceived their twin girls through IVF. O’Connell revealed the couple's baby name inspiration to Wendy Williams, saying: “I have a brother named Charlie. He’s an attractive guy...Dolly is named for Dolly Parton. I’m a lifelong Dolly fan.” Us, too!

Twins Names: Sons, Gustav and John, age 6
Scoop: The “Modern Family” star was already mum to son Oliver when she got the surprise of her life -- she was pregnant with twins! “I was terrified," she told More magazine. "I did not want twins as a second go-around. I should have been much more cautious. I should have had … half sex?”

Twins: Son and daughter, Poppy and Charlie, 2
Scoop: Paquin and husband Stephen Moyer, who are co-stars on “True Blood,” are a team. "All the jokes about the dads and the nappys, and them being useless, he's not!" Paquin told ABC News. "I like poo," Moyer joked back. Moyer also has two older children from a previous relationship, Billy, 13, and Lilac, 11.

In her blog on People.com, Taylor said, "I now know why biblical women were so young when they had kids — one word: ENERGY. And I needed it times two!"

Scoop: Carey and (now-ex-husband) Nick Cannon were thrilled to welcome the twins. But Carey, who had gestational diabetes and preeclampsia, confessed that her pregnancy wasn't easy. “To anyone who has ever carried twins, it is a totally different experience … You don’t even know who you are.”
