Your Role
Your role will include:
Hands on design on branding, web and app design
Working with a team of developers and designers
Providing Creative and strategic direction to your team of designers
Client engagement and stakeholder management
Working closely with clients to ensure we’re exceeding expectations
This role is full time.
Skills & Experience
To be shortlisted you must have:
6+ yrs design experience in an agency with ideally 2+ yrs experience as creative director
Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to think through design in a strategic way.
The ability to keep projects on track with a limited amount of feedback rounds
Work with clients closely to take detailed briefs and ensure the design team deliver the results clients love
The ability to think through the strategic design, and ensuring that all design will deliver ROI & results when finished
A deep understanding of UX processes and methodologies including the interplay between business requirements, user research, branding, visual design and technology
Ability to motivate and drive delivery from designers
Experience working with developers and understand the agile development process
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to express own position very clearly

Highly strategic and proactive thinker
