Cammarata, MD, Radiologist, to their prestigious organization with his upcoming publication in TheLeading Physicians of the World. He is a highly-trained and qualified radiologist having vast expertise inall facets of his work. Dr. Cammarata has been practicing for more than 37 years and is currently serving as a Radiologist on the Medical Staff of Pioneers Memorial Hospital in Brawley, California as well as at Body Scan International in Newport Beach, California.
Dr. Cammarata gained his Doctor of Medicine degree at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, graduating from there in 1979. After a residency at St Francis Hospital of Pittsburgh, He completed a fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging at University Hospitals of Cleveland. An additional fellowship in Neuroradiology was later completed at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Cammarata is recognized nationally as a specialist in Neuroradiology by the American Board of Radiology; being board certified in Radiology with Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology. He is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology as well as a member of The Radiological Society of North America. He is a keen reader of the American Journal of Neuroradiology, and has also had several articles published in this area. When not working he enjoys playing chess and bowling, studying the Bible, and watching sports such as football, baseball and hockey. He attributes his success to his determination and his perseverance.
