INDIANAPOLIS, IN – 7 Mar, 2017 – The largest outdoor expo is coming to the Circle City and has ‘Family Friendly’ written all over it. If you camp, fish, rock climb, boat or just simply enjoy the outdoors, mark your calendars now to attend the Midwest Outdoor Expo on Friday to Sunday, March 24-26, 2017 at Lucas Oil Stadium. This exciting expo will feature hundreds of exhibitors from all over the Midwest showcasing outdoor lifestyle services, gear, accessories, food and much more!

The Midwest Outdoor Expo is debuting in Indianapolis this year by bringing together over 30,000 outdoor enthusiasts, young and old alike, under one roof. The event prides themselves on having a wide range of exhibits, speakers, entertainers and attractions fit for all ages. It’s not every day you’ll come across an expo where you can learn how to fit your family into a Tiny Home, watch your kids enjoy running through an inflatable park, hop on a hot air balloon ride with your children and watch magicians perform throughout the day!

That’s right, for the first time ever, experience Indianapolis’ amazing skyline from one of two tethered Hot Air Balloons at Lucas Oil Stadium and see the Indianapolis skyline like no one has before.  Visit midwestoutdoorexpo.com for balloon ride days and times.

We welcome Silly Safaris LIVE animals shows, where funologists use a variety of reptiles, mammals, birds and bugs for a fun, educational experience involving the entire audience with a memorable way of teaching the natural world. Willing Hands Designs will cover 3 locations of face painting. We are also welcoming the following mascots to join in on the family fun: Freddy Fever, Colt’s Blue, Pacer’s Boomer, and Indy 11’s Zeke.

The Kids Zone will feature the following: music, balloons, magic show, zip line, stunt jump, rock wall, fire truck combo  and 70’ obstacle course inflatables, basketball hoops, selfie booth, slack wire walking, outdoor ice rink, fun house mirrors, high striker, leaps’n bounds, tug and dunk, drone zone, soccer goal, and bungee trampoline! All Kids Zone games and attractions brought to you by A1 for Fun.

The Expo spans three days and is a mingling of ages and interests with the purpose of showcasing all the greatest outdoor lifestyles – from a Vintage RV Showcase to the biggest Midwest Tiny Home Exhibit and alternative housing, including Yurts, to a variety of seminars all with the purpose of educating, connecting, and inspiring. Bikes, boats, golf, beekeeping, hiking…you name it! The very heartbeat of the concept behind the event is to connect the outdoor community. Nowhere else will all outdoor enthusiasts have the best outdoor vendors together in one place; at the spectacular Lucas Oil Stadium.

Admission is $14 for adults, $5 ages 4-15, free for children 3 and under.
