West Springfield, MA. John Frangie, M.D., is proud to announce the hire of Dr. Amy Camerota. Dr. Camerota joins the practice, already known as one of the leading eye doctors in Springfield and West Springfield, Massachusetts, and will help provide a greater number of services to its growing client base.
Dr. Camerota is a Doctor of Optometry, graduating from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. She has a variety of clinical experience, including The Family Eye Care Center in Westford, MA, and training at Lahey Clinic, Dimock Community Health Center, and the VA Hospital in Leeds. She’s a member of the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists and the American Optometric Association.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Western New England University, and is s a native of nearby Westfield, Massachusetts. Therefore, she’s especially happy to serve the surrounding communities, and reside in the area with her husband and two children.
Working with Dr. Frangie and the Northeast Laser Center, she will be administering routine eye exams, providing contact lens fittings, conducting pre- and post-operative visits, and also providing urgent care assistance for residents of Western Mass. She’s a welcome addition to the practice, and will be providing invaluable assistance, especially as more clients continue to join the John Frangie, M.D. family.
