Stickers are available on social messaging apps like WeChat, Twitter and Facebook’s Messenger, as well as iMessages on iOS 1. You can send stickers as part of the conversation, like an emoji or emoticon, or you can stick them on a photo before sending it off.

“Stickers are the shorthand for today’s generation of mobile users who want more emotion and personality than the text-speak that has evolved with chat-based messaging,” said Dr. Dionne Mahaffey, the developer and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. “Our stickers are an expressive and engaging way to enhance the texting experience.”

To purchase the Divine 9 Emojis sticker pack, simply go to the App Store or search for it directly within iMessage by doing the following:

● Launch iMessage

● Open the App drawer

● Tap the ‘+’ to open the iMessage App Store interface

● Tap the search button in the upper left corner

● Search for ‘Divine 9 Emojis’

● Select and download

(Note: Sticker packs will not create a traditional icon on the phone’s home screen and must be launched within iMessage.)

Divine 9 Emojis has content for Alpha Phi Alpha, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Delta Sigma Theta, Phi Beta Sigma, Zeta Phi Beta, Sigma Gamma Rho and Iota Phi Theta.

Mahaffey, who also is the founder of The WhereU app, a directory for Black-owned businesses, plans to launch The Greek Gram, a photo-editing app with filters, frames and stickers that users can share on social networks. The Greek Gram is a traditional app and will be released this spring.
