MICROSOFT DYNAMICS DEVELOPER – PERM – ATLANTA, GA

Microsoft Dynamics Developer Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 3 years or more of relevant experience with Microsoft CRM 4 or higher required; other CRM system experience does not qualify
• 3 years or more of relevant experience with Microsoft SQL Server required
• 3 years or more Microsoft .Net experience highly preferred
• Any previous experience with ASP is preferred
• Experience with Protech UX2011 Association Software or other Association Management Software preferred
• Development expertise including using CRM API and services and writing CRM plugins preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with staff and members required
• Familiarity with membership based associations is a plus yet not required.
• Familiarity with DotNetNuke Content Management System a plus yet not required.

Microsoft Dynamics Developer Job Summary:

• Develop new workflows, reports, advanced finds, entities, and other CRM activities.
• Maintain and Update existing legacy ASP and .Net applications that integrate with the CRM.
• Responsible for administering and maintaining the CRM system to support the work for a defined technology initiative.
• Provide assistance with defining requirements, solutions, options and level of effort for new CRM initiatives.
• Work closely with Website development vendor, Customer database vendor and other vendors as needed to develop and implement functionality for CRM related initiatives.
• Work closely with the IS team to ensure that support activities related to the CRM are coordinated in such a way that they do not impact ongoing CRM technology initiatives.
• Document existing CRM activities and processes as needed.
• Automate processes as appropriate.
• Effectively manage workload and time between user requests and project work based on organizational priorities.
