DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CONTRACT TO PERM – ATLANTA, GA
The development manager manages a team of software developers, ensuring consistency and standardization throughout the application life cycle. This team consists of full-time developers, as well as both onshore and offshore contractors. The manager role will guide the team through planning, estimation, budgeting, design, and development.
Development Manager Skills & Requirements:
• Minimum of Seven (5) years of experience leading and/or managing application development efforts with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent skills and considerable experience in interpersonal relationships including managing, motivating, and setting policies for technical staff is required.
• Highly developed skills in written and verbal communications, ability to work in high pressure production environments.
• TFS and of Microsoft Project Experience
