Project Manager Skills & Requirements:
: Bachelor’s Degree or related education and work experience
: 8+ years’ work experience in consulting, project management or process improvement
: Demonstrated project implementation leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail
: Proficient written and verbal communication skills
: Excellent Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project skills
: PMP Certification a plus
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this role, however candidates with commensurate experience will be considered.
Project Manager Job Summary:
: Strategic planning and working with Enterprise Strategy Group
: Leadership – working with managers on changing external presence
: Project/Program Management
: Create Formal External Reports that integrate with Board Level Reports
: Act as a mentor and provide team support to achieve department priorities and goals
: Change Management – work with management on role definitions
: Consulting with managers on the process/procedures changes
: Build and maintain executive level presentations
: Participate in the assessment of new opportunities
: Make recommendations to management on Industry changes
