Our client is a leading provider of Transformation and Outsourcing services to Global 1000 companies in multiple industries including insurance, banking, financial services, utilities, transportation and travel.
We are currently seeking Subject-Matter Expert/Thought-Leader in Fraud Analytics with an emphasis on Credit Card Fraud. This will be an exciting opportunity to help strategically design and grow this practice within a HIGHLY visible role.
Within this role you will be called upon to:
Partner with cross-functional teams to in order to develop predictive risk management and business intelligence solutions for various clients in the financial services industry.
Provide Strategic Analysis direction to team-members in analyzing order and fraud data, identify trends and key variances, and providing extensive reporting and data based assessments,
Lead the charge in discovering opportunities to reduce risk and improve customer experience.
Deliver analytic insights and recommendations through compelling presentations for executive audiences.
Develop and maintain appropriate monitoring protocols for Operational KPIs, rule performance, analyst effectiveness, and key cost metrics.
Since this is a highly visible role both internally and externally, the idea candidate must have excellent communication, relationship building and leadership skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors (Masters/MBA pref) Degree in Mathematics, Decision Sciences, or Engineering (or relevant subject) required with a minimum of 5 yrs of progressive experience in financial services industries with an expert-level of understanding of credit card fraud analytics.
Exceptional problem-solving and statistical analysis capabilities with the ability to communicate complex analysis, both verbally and in writing, to executive leadership teams and explicate analysis into actionable plans.
Extensive experience utilizing and manipulating business intelligence, data mining, and predictive analytics tools.
