Sometimes, a day really can make a difference. Just ask Shirley Binion, who resides at Hudson Manor in Freehold Borough.
Binion, 62, had an exciting, memorable day on Sept. 19 when she became the proud owner of an apartment full of furnishings given to her through the In Time of Need furniture program.
