This blog began as a creative outlet for me. A frustrated, out-of-work actress, I needed a way to express myself artistically. And you might imagine that as a frustrated, out-of-work actress, I might know other frustrated, out-of-work actors. And they, like me, need creative outlets. One of my most excellent ACT classmates and friends, Gabriel Carter, decided to start his own variety show on YouTube. It’s called Dog’s Breakfast and I love it. Now, please know it is for adults and includes occasional language that you might not want blasting on your laptop with the kids in the room. But Gabriel and his lovely lady co-host, Nhi Do, have in their first two episodes created a fun combination of interviews, indie movie previews, and musical performances.
