Session Abstract:

In our hectic professional lives, most people are multitasking, attending never-ending impromptu meetings, struggling to read, share and respond to all the emails, arrive late for meetings, finish their deliverables later than planned and cannot make time for the unforeseen, or squeeze in an extra task. Or so they think.

Some other people are focused, always arrive at meetings on time, always have their work done, always do more work and are always ready to help. Why? Because those who know how to ‘make the time’ and to get around to doing what they need to do, have discovered the secret of time management. They list their tasks, prioritize them, choose, plan and work to a schedule. Most people do not!

To be able to do more in less time and do it better and faster, i.e. to improve one’s performance and produce better results, people at every level in the organization need to know how to choose amongst competing tasks. This presentation will review the classic concepts of Time Management. It will highlight its major steps, and how a simple, proven and easy approach can have a radical impact on what a person can do. After this presentation everyone will be able to get their work done and no one will have unfinished deliverables because they did not get a round to it.
