I know this is a quite famous topic but I can't find a solution.
What I have done is:
I'm using a laptop with Ubuntu 13.04 with a dual graphic card:
After restarting, the result is that I have no Launchpad and no bar on the top.
So I removed the PPA repertories with synaptic but I still have the problem after restarting.
How could I get back the Launchpad?
Feel free to ask more details about my configuration.

Here is my list of ppa:
When I try to remove xorg-edgers, it can't find the package:
Is sudo ppa-purge ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa the right com and?

Solution:
- Remove Nvidia drivers
- Install 'nouveau'
Do this command in CTRL + ALT + F1
After restart, enable Ubuntu Unity plugin with ccsm
Now it works!
