So you have a thing for technology. You think you could learn about operating systems, laptops, desktops, trouble shooting them, how to maintain them...etc
Perhaps start up a latest news, tips, tricks... recommend buying gadgets blog. Use adsense and Amazon as amazon has ton's of gadget's to promote. This just my idea. Keep in mind it's 3:21am right now and half asleep.
I don't know if the technology niche pays well for AdSense or not. Not sure if that is what you want to use on the blog. Maybe when I have sleep I will have better idea's.
How about start a blog about wordpress plugins. You install them on a test blog get to know the in;s and out's of them and then write a full review on your blog.. Find plugins with affiliate programs besides free ones in which use AdSense or sell advertising space.
