Looking for a Temporary Admin staff to assist on Supply Chain Department:

Job scope:

-Daily operational task – Assist in daily order processing.

-Filing and updating POD returned by warehouse, updating daily PO summary and etc.

-Coordinating daily delivery with Sales team and warehouse team.

-Updating and issue credit note.

-Other operational task as per instructed by superior.

Requirements:

-Prior experience in SAP implementation is preferred.

-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

-Required languages: English, Malay and Chinese.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Able to work under pressure and independently.

-Computer literate.

-Applicants must be able to work at Uptown 2 @ Damansara Uptown and work on contract 3 months.

Starting date: Mid of Oct 2014 to Mid of January 2015

Working days and hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Uptown 2 @ Damansara Uptown

Salary: RM 100 per day (Roughly RM 2000 per month)
