Hello, lovelies! I know I have been saying this a lot lately, but I apologize for being so absent from my blog. I have been having a lot of migraines lately, as well as being busy with work and life. I do hope to get back to a more regular posting schedule as soon as I can. I have several new collections to show you in the next couple of weeks and hopefully some nail art posts coming up! But for today I am teaming up with 29 other members of the nail blogging community to share my five favorite indie nail polishes!
Trying to narrow down my indie polishes to a favorite five was like trying to count the grains of sand in the Sahara. Impossible! So, I decided to narrow it down by my favorite color families to wear and some of my favorite polish brands. All of these are polishes that I have worn multiple times and ones I tend to reach for when I am in an "I don't know what to put on" mood. I am going to go in alphabetical order by brand. If I have previously posted a review on them I will link it as well. Let's get started!

For my favorite purple I had to go with Darling Diva Polish BEWBS! This is a purple that I reach for over and over again. I wear it so often that I even have a backup. It goes on like butter and it is just so rich and luscious. Just look at that glow from within!

Next up is Elevation Polish Shilin Stone Forest, my favorite grey. This one is such a nice neutral with a pop. The medium grey base with the charcoal grey flakes and touch of holo make for a gorgeous combo. Every time I put this on I remember why I love it that much more.

We all know how much I love red, right? I considered doing my favorite red polishes, but even at that I had a hard time narrowing it down. So for my favorite bright red I chose my favorite finish, creme. Girly Bits Hoosier Daddy is opaque in just two coats and dries to such a high shine. The formula is smooth and creamy. I am showing 2 coats and NO topcoat in the photos.

That was my favorite bright red, now for a dark and vampy red. Vampy red was the hardest for me to narrow down but the winner for today is Pahlish An Caisteal Ruadh. This is one of those polishes that makes me just want to stare at my nails the whole time I have it on. I wear it year 'round and love to see it in the sun. I used 2 coats and one coat of topcoat for the photos.

If you've been following me very long, you should know what color family is missing from my favorites! You know I love me some coral, and neon coral is the best! And one of my very favorite corals out of my whole collection is Superficially Colorful Lacquer Tsahik. This color is bright and fun and oh-so-glowy!
