Mumbai-based Wegilant raised $500,000 from Chairman of NASSCOM Product Council Ravi Gururaj, Director of Yahoo Gaurav Sharma, Ex-CTO of Gupshup Vishwanath Ramachandran amongst others. Wegilant's product Appvigil helps to identify if a mobile app is hackable or not. The company aims to use the funds for expansion in different cities, research into making versions for iOS and Windows platforms.
