Account Development activities including, but not limited to:
\- In dealership, one on one training
\- New Account Acquisition
\- Modeling General Motors F&I sales process for training purposes \(taking deals\)
\- Dealer relationship management
\- Frequent dealership communication using defined process
\- Performance of menu reviews
\- Participation in group / dealership meetings
\- Conducting group training meetings
\- Participate in account kick\-off process including Pre /Post kickoff activities
\- Build a bullpen of quality F&I candidates
\- Solicit / leverage dealer referrals
\- Deliver performance improvement results
\- Contest and incentive management
\- Signature gathering
\- Performance tracking and providing updates
\- Delivery of performance improvement results
\- Utilization of available reporting tools
\- Use of Customer Relationship Management \(CRM\)
\- Administration of \(F&I\) core competency evaluations

\- 3 years retail dealership F&I experience\.
\- Completion of F&I Developer program preferred
\- Experience as an Account Development Manager preferred
\- AFIP and/or similar certifications preferred
\- College degree preferred
\- Must have a valid drivers license
