*Responsibilities*
The primary focus of the CMMS Administrator role will be to act as a subject matter expert and program administrator for Citizens Bank Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Key deliverables for this role are to review and improve current process, manage bank assets, as provided by facility managers, and to review preventative maintenance schedules to ensure efficiency to support continual and compliant operations throughout the Citizens Bank footprint.
* Serve as the point of contact for internal partners, CMMS vendor and end users to track and resolve technical issues and system enhancement requests

* Work with key stakeholder groups to ensure maximum utilization of system capabilities in meeting client expectations, and development of improved capabilities

* Provide ongoing CMMS system user training to ensure effective utilization by field and back office operations

* Manage relationship and service level agreements with CMMS vendor

* CMMS data management which include but not limited to: ensuring CMMS data are up to-date, performing recurring data archival, providing data quality assurance, performing regularly scheduled (quarterly, bi-annual) data audits

* Manage system development (i.e. upgrades, scripts, enhancements)

* Monitor and track CMMS performance

* Maintain system in a validated state

* Respond to internal and external QA audits

* Identify and advocate continuous process improvement and automation opportunities

* Provide support and governance including SOPs for tools, data, policies and processes

* Work flow and asset management

* Supports the Facility Management Team and key stakeholder groups with the work order process

* Provide a consistent high level of support to key stakeholder groups’ technical processes impacted by the CMMS to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to client operations

* Maintain the asset, location, and PM, record structure in a compliant and efficient manner

* Design, develop and promote automated production of frequently requested reports, reporting dashboard and metrics

* Support operational analysis of all engineering performance metrics

* Provide, as needed, reporting based on needs of clients

* Respond to requests for information in a timely fashion

* Serve as a single point of coordination for all Control Center procedures and processes

* Ensure systems are kept up to date and synchronized with CMMS and other Citizens Bank resources
*Qualifications*
* Proficiency with CMMS or similar systems

* Proficiency with 360 Facility preferred

* Strong skills in data integrity and standardization management as well as organizational and time management skills

* High level of computer literacy and the use of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

* Familiarity with facility management and maintenance activities

* Experience with CMMS implementations or system enhancements

* Ability to anticipate business needs, define user requirements and drive solutions

* Expertise in facility management performance metrics and reporting

* Ability to analyze and manipulate data for ad-hoc reporting

* Understanding of best practices for CMMS processes and standards

* Ability to interact and communicate with technical staff, department leadership, and key stakeholder group personnel

* Strong oral and written communication skills including development and execution of presentations

* Strong attention to detail and quality
