Good Sunday morning BBN, and what a wonderful weekend the Cats have made it. Kentucky football is now over .500, sitting at 4-3 after a thrilling victory over Mississippi State last night. The Cats didn’t make it easy on themselves, and nearly gave the game away late, but Austin MacGinnis showed that he has ice in his veins and knocked a game-winner through the uprights as time expired. MacGinnis made up for his miss early on in the game, and saved Kentucky’s bowl hopes in the process.

Kentucky is now 3-2 in the SEC, which is good enough for second in the SEC East standings, a half a game ahead of Tennessee.
