Ten arts and culture organisations across London have been successful in the latest round of our small scale capital programme.

Ten arts and culture organisations across London have been awarded a total of £2,357,801 to achieve their capital ambitions in the latest round of our small scale capital programme.

With the support of funding from the Arts Council, the ten successful applicants will be able to develop their buildings and facilities, resilience and sustainability, ensuring that they are better equipped to deliver great art and culture for all.

Our small capital grants, which range from £100,000 up to £500,000, allow organisations to consolidate and improve existing arts and cultural buildings and equipment. A total of 39 applicants across the country were successful in this round of the small capital fund, with the total amount awarded in excess of £10million.

Joyce Wilson, Area Director, London, Arts Council England, said:

"These grants represent vital support to the cultural infrastructure of London.

"Each one is a strategic investment in the organisation, whether it be in response to increased audience demands, strengthening their facilities, or to better understand the sector, they each contribute to safeguarding the future of London's arts and culture."
