Arkansas Business' Mark Friedman reports on a guilty plea today by Jennifer W. Smith, 47, former executive director of the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame, for using a Hall of Fame credit card for clothes, meals and trips. She has agreed to pay back $70,000.
She was fired last December and an audit was begun. She used the card for five years leading up to her dismissal.
