Courtesy Campus Recreation The Recreation Center itself is a 105,000 square-foot facility offering all the basics available in any health and fitness center. It is comprised of a 3-court gymnasium, four racquetball courts, aquatics center, rock climbing gym, multi-purpose rooms and a full compliment of strength and cardio equipment. But that is just the beginning! The Fitness Program The Fitness Program includes 45-50 regular drop-in group exercise classes (cycling, lift, yoga, ZUMBA®, TurboKick®, etc.), workshops and seminars for improving your health, as well as workout incentives. The Group Exercise and Instructional Programs are perfect for those of you who like the group environment. The group atmosphere can really help to keep you motivated and on track. Personal Training is a great way to get you started, keep you focused, or give your workout a boost.
