===History of Moe Farhat===

Moe Farhat was born on September 20, 1981. Farhat was raised in [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northville,_Michigan Northville, Michigan] in a large Lebanese family.
Being
an Arab-American of Lebanese decent, he was constantly surrounded by great-tasting, authentic Mediterranean foods. Farhat’s grandfather, an avid businessman, felt the need to share his unique Mediterranean recipes with his community. This motivated Farhat to open the very first Food on Wood location in [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lebanon%20 Lebanon]. Wanting to keep the business within the family, Farhat opened the Livonia location back in January of 2014.
